The strongest technology questions rarely belong to one discipline. That is why students from TU Delft, TU Eindhoven and Fontys are working alongside Notso AI on the opportunities and responsibilities around emotionally intelligent mascots.

The collaboration gives students a real product context while giving our team something just as valuable: new perspectives that challenge our assumptions.

Learning by making

Research becomes tangible when there is a character to test.

A Brandbot sits at the intersection of conversation design, psychology, interaction, visual storytelling and responsible technology. Student projects can explore a focused question while still seeing how their work affects the whole experience.

That can mean studying adoption and trust, mapping a support journey, prototyping a new interaction or examining the boundaries a character should communicate.

The future of human-centred AI should be built with the people learning to shape it.

The partnership

Fresh thinking in, real-world feedback out.

Students work with practical constraints, mentors and user feedback rather than a purely hypothetical brief. The result is a two-way exchange: academic curiosity strengthens the product, and a live technology context makes the research easier to apply.
