Willy for Se7en × Interstuhl

A better chair starts
with a conversation.

Meet Willy. A visual sales buddy who turns product knowledge into a little less guesswork—and a much more human way to choose.

Less catalogue. More conversation.

Finding the right office chair means understanding how it moves, feels and fits. A product grid can show the options. It cannot always explain the difference.

For Se7en and Interstuhl, we created a character who can. Willy answers questions, shows the product and helps people explore—on the website and in the showroom.

A familiar face, before the first hello.

A bucket hat, soft shapes and an easy confidence. Willy is playful enough to invite a question and calm enough to guide a considered purchase.

We built the character, rig and movement together, giving every reaction the same recognisable personality.

From model and movement…
…to a personality of his own.

Ask a question. See the answer.

When someone asks about a model, Willy moves to that chair. Product knowledge becomes a demonstration—not another paragraph of specifications.

Personality on the surface.
Product knowledge underneath.

Welcome naturally.

A resting pose becomes a friendly invitation to ask.

Understand the question.

Approved chair, material and ergonomic information shapes the answer.

Make it visible.

A small library of actions brings the right product or colour into the scene.

The same Willy. Wherever you meet him.

At home, Willy helps people explore without leaving the product page. In the showroom, he gives visitors a first point of contact—before or alongside a conversation with a sales specialist.

Too much character for just a chat.

Willy’s world extends into campaign film and an image library. The same face that helps someone choose a chair can tell the wider brand story, too.

One character. A whole world of content.

Your expertise deserves
a little personality.
