RAUWcc calls itself the most Rotterdam agency in the world: direct, distinctive and more interested in moving an audience than following a formula. Its team works as the creative colleagues a client wishes it already had.

That made the agency a natural partner for an experiment with a bigger question behind it. What if RAUWcc’s own culture could become a digital colleague—recognisable enough to feel like the agency and useful enough to start a real client conversation? The answer became Biek.

Creative colleagues

Strategy, communication and innovation—with a Rotterdam voice.

RAUWcc brings brand strategy, concept, copy, design, content and production together under one roof. The work is polished, but the attitude stays direct: think with the client, challenge the obvious answer and make something the audience can actually feel.

That combination of craft and character is important in interactive AI. A digital colleague cannot sound like a generic assistant and still represent an agency whose identity is built on having an opinion.

Biek is not a chatbot wearing agency colours. Biek is RAUWcc’s culture with a useful job to do.

AI as creative equipment

Experiment freely. Keep human judgement in the loop.

RAUWcc has publicly documented years of experimentation with generative AI across ideation, imagery, audio and communication. Its position is pragmatic: use new tools to expand what the team can make, while human taste and review remain responsible for the result.

Biek extends that experimentation from the production process into the client experience. The technology becomes visible, conversational and connected to the agency’s own way of working.

Meet Biek

A Rotterdam voice, translated into an interactive brand ambassador.

RAUWcc founder Maarten Reijgersberg together with the digital colleague Biek

Biek takes inspiration from founder Maarten Reijgersberg without becoming a literal copy. The character carries RAUWcc’s colours, humour and Rotterdam directness, then connects that personality to approved agency knowledge and practical actions.

On the website, Biek can answer questions, help shape an initial idea, collect useful brief information and open a route to the human team. Conversation insights also show RAUWcc what prospective clients are asking for, turning the experience into a source of learning as well as leads.

A repeatable agency model

The strongest Brandbot starts inside the brand.

RAUWcc brought the voice, audience understanding, creative direction and willingness to test. Notso translated that material into the 3D character, animation system, conversational experience and connected product behind Biek.

The result points beyond one agency. When a partner already understands what makes a client distinctive, Notso can help turn that insight into an interface people recognise—and a journey they can use.
