Goals, Chatflows & Integrations
You define what success looks like for your client, and we engineer the conversation to make it happen. You outline the primary objective, and Notso.ai will build the conversational logic, define the perfect tone of voice, and connect the chatbot to your client’s actual workflow using advanced API links and email routing.
Content & Media Library
Because the character is fully animated in our engine, rendering additional marketing content is highly cost-effective. You brief us on the campaign needs, and we output a library of media assets for branding, socials, and ads.
Deployment & Testing
Notso.ai generates a lightweight script snippet. The client pastes this into the front-end of their website. Before pushing it live, we provide a private staging link so you and the client can test the chatbot and provide final feedback.
Analytics & Support
We launch a real-time analytics dashboard for the client. Going forward, a yearly contract covers usage, server maintenance, and support. Both you and the client get direct access to a Notso account manager with a guaranteed 24-hour response time.
Setup & Billing
We keep the financial structure completely straightforward. A 50% upfront payment kicks off the creative process, and the final 50% is billed only after the chatbot successfully launches. Ongoing, a €350/mo fee covers analytics, server usage, and dedicated 24-hour support.

Who owns the rights to the 3D mascot?
Your client completely owns the final visual design of their mascot. However, the specialized 3D rigging and the underlying animation engine are the intellectual property of Notso.ai and cannot be extracted or co-worked on with third-party software.
Do we need in-house 3D designers to partner with you?
Not at all! We offer flexible design paths. We can take the creative lead and design the mascot from scratch with your client, we can optimize an existing 2D/3D design your client already has, or your own creative team can design the character while we handle the technical implementation.
How does the AI actually learn about my client's business?
We provide you with a secure, private digital folder. You just drop in your client's existing materials—PDFs, website links, product spreadsheets, FAQs, and manuals—and we use that data to train the mascot's "brain" (LLM) so it gives accurate, brand-safe answers.
Can my client use the mascot for social media and marketing?
Yes, and we highly encourage it! Because the mascot is already built and animated within our proprietary engine, rendering additional content is very cost-effective. You simply brief us on the campaign needs, and we’ll generate a library of high-quality media assets for your client's socials and ads.
How difficult is the technical deployment?
It takes less than five minutes. We generate a lightweight, custom widget script. You or your client simply paste this short code snippet into the front-end (header/body) of their website, and the chatbot is live.
Who handles customer support once the chatbot is live?
We do. As part of the yearly usage and service contract, both you and your client get direct email access to a designated Notso.ai account manager. We guarantee a response within 24 hours for any technical support or adjustments needed.
What happens if the client wants to update the AI's knowledge?
The knowledge base is entirely dynamic and can be updated at any time. As their product lines change or new policies arise, simply upload the new documents to the private folder, and we will refresh the AI's training to ensure it stays perfectly up to date.
