Meet Liza

To tackle this challenge, Notso.ai developed Liza.

Liza is a 3D-animated, 19-year-old cashier-manager who serves as the digital mascot and HR assistant for the staff. She has a cheerful, youthful appearance and wears recognizable Jumbo attire: a neat black blazer, a checkered shirt, and a yellow scarf. She works from a yellow laptop featuring the Jumbo logo.

Functionalities & The User Journey

The system is strategically structured around the complete lifecycle of an employee, divided into three main pathways:

New at Jumbo: Liza warmly welcomes new hires with an automated introductory chat. She guides them through selecting their store location and department, and facilitates downloading and submitting essential documents, such as payroll tax forms and ID copies.
